In our warehouses in Verdello, in addition to ensuring the storage of medicines and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and in a warehouse authorised by AIFA (the Italian Medicines Agency), we manage their transport throughout Europe in accordance with the provisions introduced by Directive 2011/62/EU and Directive 2013/C_343/01 – Guidelines of 5th November 2013 on Good Distribution Practices of Medicinal Products for Human Use”.

Transport of medicines according to GDP provisions
The transport of medicines is organised, availing of carriers who are highly qualified and certified for Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) that have been selected according to the principles of reliability and professionalism and GDP certification.
This allows us to guarantee the correct storage of medicines and/or Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) throughout the supply process, in particular:
- We guarantee and manage optimal storage conditions both within the warehouse and during transport
- We check, monitor and verify the temperature inside the warehouse and in the transport vehicle to prevent changes in temperature, with the printing of the relative Thermocontrol for each shipment
- We define delivery times adapted to the needs of our customers
